I have enjoyed reading this book myself. The illustrations are beautiful and consists of different kids of animals.

Did you think the book of Psalms was only for adults? Think again! Snuggle Time Psalms, written by Glenys Nellist and illustrated by Cee Biscoe, is the perfect way to introduce little ones to the poetry book of the Bible. This padded cover board book uses simple concepts, rhyming text and adorable art to help children engage with the Psalms. Beginning with “Bedtime Peace” and ending with “Wonderful Me!” this collection of fifteen bedtime poems enables young children to discover the One who holds them in his arms, leads them like a shepherd, created them just as they are, and cherishes them with a love that never ends … snuggle and see!

This is the perfect book to read with your little one at bedtime. Reading each page is like reading a prayer. I love it. It has great messages for children and adults. Here is one of my favorites from the book:

God’s Love-Psalm 103

His love…is as high as the heavens are above the earth. He has removed our lawless acts from us as far as the east is from the west. Psalm 103:11-12

God, your love is higher Than an airplane in the sky.

It reaches through the heavens, Past moon and stars so high!

As far as east is from the west You throw my sins away,

And so each morning when I wake Is like a brand new day!

Disclaimer: I received this book for free from the publisher in exchange for my honest review. All opinions are 100% my own.
