I grew up living with my two uncles and one aunt that is Special Needs. I never thought twice about hwo they were different. It was how I lived. I always said that I had no idea how my grandparents did it. They had 8 children and 3 of them were special needs. It takes a special person to care for special needs children. My grandparents were special.
I recently received this book and it is just amazing. Then I relized that my grandparents went though life without this book and they made it! I know I can too, but this book is just what I needed. Our son ASD (high functioning), but there are days where I think I am doing it all wrong! This is just the book that I need!

I am carrying this book around with my in my purse. I always have it when I just need a reminder that I am not alone! It is filled with topics, bible verses and just words of encouragement. It is an amazing little book and I recommend it to anyone with a special needs child!
